Ruth Allan Obituary
She leaves a son, William H. Allan of Eastham, MA; a daughter, Judith E. Allan of Spencer; and a granddaughter, Lisa A. Aronson of Higganum, CT.
Ruth was born in Dorchester, MA the daughter of Henry S. & Grace H. (Hunter) Clark and has lived in Spencer since 1983, formerly of Sharon, MA. She worked as a Registered Nurse at McLean Hospital in Waverly, MA and later for Foxboro State Hospital until she retired in 1964. Ruth had a great love for the beauty of nature and was a member of the Spencer Garden Club. She will be sadly missed by her family she loved so much.
A graveside service for Ruth will be held on Friday, October 12, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Pine Grove Cemetery in Spencer. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 7 Oak St., Worcester, MA 01609. Pillsbury Funeral Home, 163 Main St. is directing arrangements.
