Helen Deknis Obituary
Helen was born on Feb. 06, 1918 daughter of the late Stanley and Aniela (Lizak) Sigda. She was a communicant of St. Ann's Church in Fairview and Mater Dolorosa Church in Holyoke. She was the widow of Frank D. Deknis who passed away in 1984.
She leaves her loving children, F. Daniel Deknis and his wife Kathleen of Hawaii; daughter, Barbara Eggers and her husband James of New Hampshire; 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Stanley Sigda and a sister Genieve Walowicz.
Funeral Mon. in the Czelusniak Funeral Home, 145 Maple St., Holyoke. Mass at 10 a.m in Mater Dolorosa Church, Holyoke. Burial in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery, So. Hadley. Calling hours will be Mon. 8:45 a.m until the time of the funeral Mass.
