Kathy is a past president of Massachusetts Computer Using Educators and also a recipient of the 1998 Pathfinder Award. At the 2007 MassCUE Conference and 25th Anniversary Celebration at the general meeting on Thursday, November 15, 2007 Laurene Belisle, another past president made a motion to hold a moment of silence in the memory of Kathy. It was a very moving moment for all of us. In those early days we had so many good times and I'm sure we'll all remember those fondly.

Kathy,
The children of my school, as well as myself have lost a friend and supporter. If it weren't for your efforts, our music room would not be what it is today. You will be missed and remembered by thousands of WPS children.
Be at rest, my friend

Kathy was an inspiration. She was able to take any challenge – large or small and see to it that it was accomplished. Having met Kathy years ago golfing at Bedrock, and then later working with her in technology presentations in the Worcester Public Schools she inspired me and encouraged me to reach for my goals. She had the ability to see and think outside the box. She had all of the Great Ideas! I will truly miss her – she will forever have a special place in my heart.

To Kathy's family,
I just wanted you to know that I knew your Mom through the Worcester School Dept. She was a mentor and became a friend. She was a wonderful person who found total joy in talking about her family. Her face would light up as she relayed her stories. My heart goes out to all of you. She was one special lady.

Beth & Michael;
We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help at this time. Our son Shawn and Beth and Michael have been friends since their teens and Beth has become such a wonderful young woman and Michael a wonderful young man. We had met Kathy only on a few occassions and knew where Beth and Michael had got their fun sense of humor and sweetness. We will be there for Kathy's children in any way they made need. Kathy will be missed always. We are so sorry for your loss.

Kathy was a dear, dear friend and collegue. I'll never forget meeting Kathy for the first time eleven years ago and how we "clicked" right away. We had so many good years together. We were the best of friends. She was there for me when Dick died. We went through a lot together - good times and hard times. We traveled together to many places. We always said that someday we'd go to the Alps. I remember how sometimes we'd surprise each other by wearing virtually the same outfit to work. I hold so many good memories dear to my heart. I remember how excited she was when each of her grandsons were born.
I know she is at peace now with the angels. I have missed her very much during her illness. I will always remember her as being fun, intelligent and so full of life and love.
Be at peace, my dear friend. Rest in the arms of your angels.
Debbie

It is truly a loss for so many with Kathy's passing. I can still remember the holidays at our Grandparents home on Wyola when Kathy & I held the titles of Oldest Grand Son & Daughter, with so many people spoiling us. The summer at the Silver Spur Camp in Brookfield and Cottage at Salisbury Beach.Time seems to slip by so fast. We pray we will all meet again one day in the future. Till then, I will hold her as a childhood memory when one of the hard things we would deal with was who got to Grampa's sugar donuts on Sunday first

Words can't express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I was stunned to hear of her passing.
Kathy was a Wonderful woman who will be missed Greatly by all that knew her. She always made me smile, just simply by her bright beaming smile and her wonderful sense of humor. Though we didn't see each other often she always beamed of how proud she was of all her children, how much she enjoyed her Grandson's. And how lucky she was to be part of such a large loving family.
My heart goes out to all of you at this very difficult time. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Sending all my love and healing thoughts. xoxoxo Michelle
