I was shocked and saddened to learn of Skip's death from reading the on-line obituary. I had not seen Skip in a few years. The last time we caught up was at the Woodstock Fair. I owe a deep debt of gratitude to Skip, as do many more men and women who he helped during his lifetime. Thurman (who always joked, "if you had a dog named Thurman, you would call him Skip too")was a man of faith and an inspiration to many. I will always cherish his friendship and have heartfelt memories of how dear a man he was to my children. Our condolences to his family and many friends. Romeo, Joy, Ryan and Ashley Blackmar
