Edward Pariseau Obituary

Edward Pariseau, 75, of 228 Gore Rd., formerly of East Main St., died Monday, Dec.3 in Hubbard Regional Hospital after a brief illness. He leaves his wife of 52 years, Lorraine (Jalbert) Pariseau; one son, Don Pariseau of Edenton, NC; two brothers: Robert Pariseau of FL and John Pariseau of Oxford and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was born and raised in Oxford, the son of Hector and Marion (Lavin) Pariseau. He graduated from Oxford High School. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He worked 30 years at Pratt-Whitney as a dye maker, retiring in 1990.

Mr. Pariseau was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and the former League of the Sacred Heart. Eddie was instrumental in the forming and running of Sacred Heart Bingo. A member of American Legion Post 184. He enjoyed golfing.

His funeral will be held Thursday Dec. 6 from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley with a Mass at 10 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main St., Webster. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne School, PO Box 818 or Hubbard Regional Hospital, 340 Thompson Rd. both in Webster, MA 01570.
