Dear Shauna, Wendy and family,
There are simply no words that are adequate to express my sadness for your loss. Regretfully, I am unable to be there for you at this difficult time of your lives; but I will be in touch when you return to Syracuse. Please know that you and your family are in my heart, thoughts, and prayers during this time of grief. Only with time will the feeling of sadness be filled with the wonderful memories of the good times that you have shared with your mother and bring you comfort. If there is anything that I can do for you during this difficult time, please let know.
