I remember seeing Harold from my time around the Biological & Agricultural Engineering Department. He always had a smile and brightness about him. It saddens me every time I see some of the old guard pass on, but I know he served well for as long as he was called before going on to his ultimate home.

Mrs. Wiedemann,
I met and visited with Harold at the TAMU BAEN department "holiday" party the last couple of years. I found him to be a very interesting and kind man. I'm sorry that I didn't know him well enough to know of his strong faith in Jesus, which would have been a been a source of fellowship between us. I sympathize with you in your loss, but I trust Harold is thrilled to meet his Lord in heaven.

Dearest Jan and family,
The Texas Section of ASABE remembered Harold at our annual business meeting on Thursday at noon. Wayne LePori delivered the news to the attendees, many of whom knew Harold from past meetings and lifelong friendships.
I am glad to have known Harold for the few years that I've been in the Texas Section. He always had a smile on his face when I saw him at the Hobgood Building or in Scoates Hall on campus.
I send my prayers out to you for comfort and at the same time joy (through tears) knowing that Harold is with his LORD.
My love,
Shay
