Vivian Johnson Obituary

VIVIAN E. JOHNSON
ITHACA - Vivian E. Johnson, 92, died Friday, May 30, 2008, at Lakeside Nursing Home. Born in Enfield, she was the daughter of the late Emery and Mabel Wallenbeck and wife of the late Thomas Robert Johnson, who died in 1991.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Johnson had been employed for many years by the Ithaca Savings Bank.
She is survived by her son, Bruce T. (Hong) Johnson of Saipan; daughter, Beverly A. (Richard E.) Mix of Aurora; granddaughters, Kristine Robertson of Ithaca, and Nicole Blackwood of Endicott; step grandson, Jeffery (Michelle) Mix of Newfield; and lifelong friend ("sister"), Jean (Robert) Baker of Texas.
A private family funeral service will be held at the E.C. Wagner Funeral Home of Ithaca; Rev. John Iler officiating. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.

Bin I am so sorry I didn't make it up to visit with my best buddy's Mom , I know Bruce loved you very much and I wanted to say hello to you after all these 51 years , you will be missed by all who knew you.
