John Stephens Obituary

JOHN P. ("JACK") STEPHENS
INTERLAKEN - Jack Stephens, age 62, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at the Cayuga Medical Center; the cause of death was heart failure.
Jack is survived by his son, John Jr. and a grandson, Troy, both of the Canandaigua area; his life partner of many years, Joan Porter of Interlaken; his mother, Irene Stephens of Trumansburg; sisters, Nancy Kelsey of Waterloo, Sally Maleski of Seminole, Florida, Sue Jennings of Romulus; and brothers, Donald of Greece, NY, and Robert of Clarksville, MD. He was predeceased by his father, Charles Stephens; brother, Chuck; and sister, Linda Kuebler of Twinsburg, Ohio.
There will be Memorial Service on Saturday, September 6, 2008, at the Varick United Methodist Church, 2649 Ernsberger Road, Romulus, at noon. His ashes will be interned at the Sheldrake Cemetery at a later date.
