Dear Joan and all your family,

My prayers are with you all. I had heard that your son was caring for you and Phil after Phil got sick. Just one of God's many blessings. I lost touch when Phil could no longer continue with your e-mail messages.

I will keep you all in my prayers in the days ahead.

Please take care.

Phil led my Basic Police Class back in the early 1970's under the auspicies of the newly formed Central New York Law Enforcement Academy. He was a leader and outstanding Law Enforcement professional who worked tirelessly behind the scenes with little recognition. I'll always remember him and be thankful for the knowledge he imparted to me and my class.
