I saw Eugene in my dream last night and that is how it occured to me to search for me. I am sorry to just read tge sad news about his early departure. I keep the best memories of his gentleness and candid approach. He was my mentor in hospital management in Qatar in the 80s for three years. God bless him and my best to his family

My sincere condolences to the Arnold family on the passing of Gene. He was always a true gentleman to me as I got to know him over the years. I always enjoyed Gene's warm and caring company.
