Mary Meal Obituary

MARY JANE MEAL
ITHACA - Mary Jane Meal, 56, of 214-216 West Lincoln Street, Ithaca, passed away Friday, December 7, 2007, at the Cayuga Medical Center. She was the daughter of Barbara Smith Denhoff of Waterloo, NY, and the late William Meal.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Barbara (Robert) Denhoff; brother, Mark Meal of Auburn, NY; one uncle, Norman K. Smith of Victor, NY; and several cousins as well as loving friends and staff at the Lincoln Street Residence and the Tompkins County Day Treatment Program.
Memorial Services will be held Monday, December 17, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. at the Lansing United Methodist Church with Rev. William Gottschalk-Fielding officiating. Private burial will be held at the Lansingville Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Bangs Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lansing United Methodist Church, 32 Brickyard Road, Lansing, NY.

Barb,
Long time. So sorry to hear about MJ. many fond memories of those early days at the SOCR, and of the times helping out at the church sale, and celebrating Thanksgiving at "two homes" as Steven used to say. Hope all is well with you.
