I am stunned to read of Paul's passing, though I know that his was an uphill battle for most of his life. I worked with Paul at WHCU. I would sometimes stay with him during his late night work shift and enjoyed our long conversations. I had only seen him once in the last 16 years, but thought of him regularly. He was a fine person and I'm grateful that I knew him.

We hadn´t much contact in all that time I knew him, but I will really miss him. He had to go to hard times concerning his mother and his own illness.

To Mike, Pat. Karen and everyone,

News of Paul's passing hit home very hard. Paul knew the meaning of unconditional friendship...as long as his health didn't stop him, he was there when you asked him. I am no longer in the Ithaca area and was not aware of the arrangements until it was too late to attend. Our 20 year friendship will last in my memory forever. I am very sorry Paul is gone, but I am also glad that the suffering he endured is over. To his family, I hope we can all keep in touch and call me if you need anything. Karen knows how.

Grand Moff Conway;
Now that you have rejoined the force in another form remember that we will always love you and miss you. Even when you were down you still had a smile and made everyone around you feel at ease. When I met you at Gannett you always had good things to say about people and were highly thought of. We miss you more than you will ever know.

To my long time friend , Whom I'll miss . No one thought that we would be friends but we are and have been since middle school . We had a compitition of who had the most lego's . Never figured out who had the most , we did figure out that we could always share . Today at work I found 82 cents in one the machines , This hit me hard as this is the year that we started to go out partying together . Now he is in a place were he will feel no more pain and be happy . I will miss him coming over to watch VH1 classics (80's music). Paul I Love You.......Till we meet again.

Family,
I've always know Paul as my "Uncle Buck." Though I am not really his niece, he was a huge part of my life. I love him dearly, always have. I will continue to think of him and the memories I have of him will remain in my heart until I see him again. This messages goes to family and the angel he has become. He will be greatly missed. I love you. Always and Forever.
