Ulla Rosén Obituary
Ulla was a visitor to Watch Hill every summer and during Christmas from 1972 through 2003. At the age of 93, she made her last visit to the United States for her granddaughter Lisa McCormick Mannix's wedding.
Ulla lived her entire life in Stockholm. She was an outgoing and fun-loving person. Following the death of her husband in 1954, Ulla became a social worker in hospitals and nursing homes. She was fond of languages and travel. Later in life, she maintained her optimistic spirit and sense of humor.
Ulla is survived by her daugher; a son, Bengt Rosén of Beaconsfield, England; her grandchildren, Lisa Mannix of Wilton, Conn. and Brian McCormick or Rowayton, Conn.; and her great-grandchildren, Annika and Charlotte Mannix.
