Scott, Becky A. 3/7/55 - 12/22/06 Beloved Wife, Sister, and Aunt Age 51 of Oakdale, after a long and hard battle with brain cancer. Preceded in death by mother, Carol; and father, Lawrence. Loving wife of David, Dear Sister of Scott Thoma, sister-in-law, Nancy; Aunt of Hillary and Heather. Visitation at Maple Oaks Funeral Home, 2585 Stillwater Rd. I was so saddened when I heard that Becky had passed. I always look back at the great time we had bowling at the stahlhouse and smile. Do you remember the "Tomato Sisters?"
I came across a part of a letter someone wrote to their family.
"Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you.""

Dave and Family, My condolences to you and family members. A song that I took for my Mom's funeral had the following refrain and hopefully will give the family some comfort at this difficult time. The words are "Come My Friend come with me, I've come to take you Home." After all that Becky has gone through I am sure she is enjoying her eternal life. We certainly had many good times at work with Becky. Take care Dave.

I was so sorry to hear about Becky. Though I never met her, I understand she was a wonderful person with many friends. Getting to know you through our Wednesday golf outings, I know she was blessed with a wonderful husband/friend in you as well. My thoughts are with you.

I just saw the email tonight--I didn't want to open it. My condolences to you and your family. I have so many fond memories of Becky: Countless hours on the golf course, a cold beer here and there, and quiet times (20 years ago) when I would sit in Becky's office while she patiently fixed my timesheet. I will miss her, I'm sure you will too.
