Greg, As you have answered the last alarm, it is in your honor that we will all carry on the work of the EMS and firefighter communities in New Hampshire and New England. I will miss you and your enthusiasm for life, your work, and your friends as I go out on the trucks in the days to come.

I grew into EMS under Greg's wing at Amherst. For three years we spent Sunday nights together and he was the one who encouraged me to jump in, gave me opportunities to learn on the job, taught me how to drive the ambulance. Now I'm on my way to medical school to study emergency medicine and I owe that success largely to him. He made a huge difference in my life at a young age and I'll always be grateful for that. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and I hope it gives them comfort that his love for EMS had such an impact on so many people.

It has been an honor to see an easily excited EMT grow up to be such a compassionate, eager to learn, dedicated patient care provider. Look over us all Greg and help guide us in all that we do.

Greg, you had more passion for EMS than anyone I've ever met. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. I'm glad I was able to know you and work with you. Everytime I saw you, you had a smile and a corny joke. You will be missed.

Greg we hope you found peace in your next adventure. We will miss your wit and humor. The months we worked side by side in the office was very entertaining. I never new someone could eat 6 yogurts, 2 bananas and a bottle of sprite for breakfast. Only to ask 20 minutes later and ask what is for lunch. I will miss you. Till we meet again.

My heart goes out to the Castillo family: We have lost a kind, gentle soul, whom I pray is now at peace with himself. Greg would not want us all to be saddend in his absense. When around him, you felt trust: So although his young life was taken: we have to trust this life path was the right one: and remember how positively he influenced us all: wether knowing us intimately, or casualy. RIP Greg

Greg, now who am I going to discuss theories and life's issues with? I used to love having you on the Brentwood truck when it was partner de Jour. Though we did not have many shifts together I will still miss you. This earth has lost a wonderful person who made a difference in the lives of many.
