Mr. Willard became a good friend to my boss, US Senior Senator P.V. Domenici in the 80s and 90s. He was a friendly face at many of Senator's events and they found lots of ways to enrich the lives New Mexicans together. I was honored to join the Norwest Bank staff upon leaving the Senate liaison office. Mr. Willard was continually active, involved and supportive in the leadership of Albuquerque and I remember him fondly.
