Ezekiel Downey-Dockery Obituary
He is survived by his parents, Brian, Tennille, and older sisters, Isabelle, Ava, and Veloria. His grandfather, Shield and wife, Emily Downey Jr., and their son, Henry Downey; Aunt Sheila and husband Jason Hill, and their children, Nickolas and Jacqueline; Uncle Shield Downey III, and his children, Imani, Tynyce, and Keyonnie and Shield Downey IV; Grandmother Janet and her husband Rick Strayhorn; Grandfather Mickey Dockery Sr.; Uncle Mickey and his wife, Heather Dockery Jr. and their children, Genesis, Merax and Faith; Aunt Natasha and her husband, Tyler Parks and their children, Merina McHugh and Solomon. Along with many cousins and extended aunts and uncles.
Ezekiel is preceded in death by his grandmother, Jacqueline Downey of Mercer Island, Washington; great-grand parents, Dr. Lloyd M. and Caroline Farner of Mercer Island, Washington; great-grandparents, Gerald "Jake" and his wife, Homa Jean Dockery of Wewoka, Oklahoma and Dave and Ruth Wise-Walker of Bowlegs, Oklahoma.
Although Zeke Bears life would seem short to many, those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His calm personality and smiling face could melt the hearts of those around him and will remain forever embedded in our memories.
Flowers will be accepted and the family has designated account number 1751704 with AlaskaUSA for memorial contributions. Funeral Services were arranged through Alaskan Heritage.
