In Loving Memory: Janelle Mary Kompkoff, 27, entered into Eternal Life on July 5, 2015. Janelle was born in Alaska, on June 20, 1988, and was a lifelong resident of Valdez, Alaska. She was devoted to, and dearly loved by her family including her mother, Joyce Kompkoff; father, Travis Brewster; brothers, Dimitri Kompkoff and Tanner Brewster; sisters, Kimberly and Anne Kompkoff and Haley Brewster; her grandfathers, the late Don Kompkoff Sr. and the late Bill Brewster; and grandmothers, Gail Kompkoff and Linda Coddington. Next to her family, Janelle shared her life and bright smile generously with countless loving relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held in Anchorage, Alaska, at Janssen Evergreen Memorial Chapel, 737 E Street, on Thursday, July 9, 2015, from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015, in Valdez, at the Valdez Native Tribe, with a Celebration of Life to be held immediately thereafter.
