Sally Meehan Harmon Naples, FL
Sally Meehan Harmon ('Gal Sal') danced her way into heaven on November 10, 2014 at the age of 77. She was born in Portland ME on April 11, 1937 to Clarence and Mary Meehan. She graduated from Deering High School in Portland and attended Mt. Ida College in Massachusetts prior to falling in love with a handsome basketball player named Daniel. They recently celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary.
Sally was an active real estate sales associate in Maine in the 1960's and early 1970's. Not being a fan of cold weather, she, Dan and their children left New England and relocated their family to Naples, Florida in 1976. She played many games of tennis at Cambier Park, swam many laps in the Gulf, and enjoyed endless power walks on the beach<$>She thrived and flourished in Naples. She joined Park Shore Properties (later Premier Properties) and loved her job. She remained with the company for several years until retirement and many of her clients become lifelong friends. After retirement, she took great pleasure in volunteering at Naples Community Hospital, and provided smiles and hugs to all who could use one. Those who knew her couldn't help but love her, and understood and appreciated her affinity for music and dance. She played the piano beautifully and sang elegantly. She was also well-known for her kindness, good nature, and sense of humor.
Sally is survived and will be profoundly missed by her husband Daniel W. Harmon; her three children, Holly A. Harmon of Naples FL, Heidi Walsh of Clearwater FL, and Craig M. Harmon of Kennesaw, GA; and by her two grandchildren, Patrick Walsh and Matthew Walsh of Orlando FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Mary Meehan; and daughter, Hillary A. Harmon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Fuller Funeral Home at 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples FL.

We will always fondly remember, Sally, a close friend of our family, and mostly, our Mother. Sally and Mother were great tennis pals , But more than that, the Harmon family became a part of our family and having Thanksgiving often included the Harmons. I will always remember Sallys' great love for her Mother and how she grieved her loss. Today they can dance together in Heaven. Sending our love and prayers to the remaining family. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Sally, we will always have you in our hearts. Leslie and Tom Charde & Family
