JEAN C. RYAN IANNACONE
AGE: 68 OCEAN TOWNSHIP
Jean C. Ryan Iannacone, 68, of Ocean Township, died Tuesday, May 4, 2010, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Jean graduated from St. Patrick's High School in Brockton, Mass., and was class president in 1959. During her working career, she enjoyed working as a property manager and kitchen designer. Most recently, she was a paraprofessional in the Salem, Mass. School System for 10 years, retiring in 2005. She enjoyed reading, exercising and spending time outdoors, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her six beautiful grandchildren. Born in Washington, D.C., she lived in Salem, Mass. and Long Branch before moving to Ocean Township five years ago.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Anthony R. Iannacone; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen (Reid) and Lester Jones of Monmouth Beach; a son and daughter-in-law, James and Allyson Reid, also of Monmouth Beach; two sisters, Victoria Turpin of W. Bridgewater, Mass., and Kathleen Mottau of South Lyndeborough, N.H.; two brothers, Edward Ryan of W. Barnet, Vt., and Michael Ryan of Chester, Vt.; six grandchildren, Jackson, Julia, Ryan, Hunter, Tucker and Tristan; and her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 6 at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. (corner of Third Ave.), Long Branch. Funeral, Friday, May 7 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with the service to begin at 11 a.m. Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 801 Broad St., Shrewsbury, NJ 07702.
