Phillip C. Ries, who was born in Orange, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2015 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 8:30 pm at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy. Visiting is on Friday from 2 ~ 4 & 7 ~ 9 pm. Burial is Private.
