Manahawkin - Robert Leo Roller age 69 of Manahawkin, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021, peacefully with family at his side. Robert was born in Jersey City on August 19, 1951, his Parents Mildred and Leo are predeceased. He was a loving Husband and Father; Rob is survived by his wife of 40 years, Paulette Roller, 3 children Robert (Zack), Jake and Alexis, 5 Grandchildren Jayda, Danny, Arnie, JoJo, Aya and his 6th grandchild to be born in December 2021. Rob is also survived by his sister Jackie, His dear "sister" Laura, Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and family for whom he loved dearly.

Rob attended St. Paul's in the Greenville section of Jersey City. After graduating, he enlisted in the Air Force where he was honorably discharged. Some of his fondest memories were the times he spent with his friends at the shore and excursions, these friendships lasted throughout his lifetime. Rob was a writer, a poet, a sculptor, and a world traveler. Rob will be missed by his family and friends. His spirit lives on in everyone he touched. A memorial gathering will be 12-1:30pm on Saturday, August 7, 2021, with a funeral service at 1:30. Services to be held at Ocean County Cremation Service, 1252 Rt. 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Audubon Tree Preservation Program.
