Kathleen Anne Lim Obituary

Kathleen Anne "Katie" Lim, 85, of Yuba City, passed away on October 1, 2008. Born in Marysvile, CA on May 13, 1923, she was a lifelong Yuba-Sutter resident.
Katie was an Adult Education Instructor for Marysville Unified School District for 30 years.
Over the years Katie was a member of many organizations and was very active for the betterment of the community.
She is survived by son Donald A. Lim of Yuba City, CA; Kenneth R. Lim of Yuba City, CA; Richard V. Lim of Marysville, CA; J. Dennis Lim of Yuba City, CA; brother Joe Foo Jr. of Honolulu, HI; sister Doreen Foo of Palo Alto, CA; sister Betty Olden of Marysville, CA; eight grandchildren; sixteen great- grandchildren; and five great-great- grandchildren.
Katie was preceded in death by her Husband John Lim.
Services on Tuesday October 7, 2008 at 11:00 am at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel with Pastor Wayne Vincent of the Loma Rica Community Church, Loma Rica officiating.
Visitation from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel. Entombment at Sierra View Memorial Park, Olivehurst, CA. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.

To loose a parent is hard. As I have just recently had happen. The family has wonderful memories as I do. I have met everyone in the familyat one point but Dennis, Linda, and Jennifer I am here at any time. I enjoyed knowing Katie.
