WANDA ENNS Wanda L. Enns, 83, of Beatrice, formerly of Kearney, died Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Whispering Winds Cottage of Beatrice. She was born on December 19, 1940, in Salem, AR to Ernest and Margie (Burch) Langston. On April 9, 1966, she married Jess Enns in Prairie Village, KS. Wanda was the founder of Family Life Clinic. Survivors include her sons, Jerry (Dawn) Enns of Holmesville, NE and Edmund "Eddy" Enns of Colton, OR; grandchildren, Andrew, Isaac, and Emma; nieces and nephews; chosen daughters, Deborah (Tony) McCleary Goodson, Barbara Quinn, and Ann Quinn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jess; grandson, Thomas Enns; parents, Ernest and Margie Langston; brother, Charles Dale Langston; sister, Joyce Jones; chosen daughter, Pamela McCleary. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Friday, February 9, 2024, at the Holmesville Church of the Brethren, 30748 S 66th Rd, Beatrice, with Co-Pastors John Snyder and Mary Beth Tuttle officiating. Interment will be at the Church of the Brethren Cemetery. A family prayer service will be held at 1:15 P.M. on Friday at the church. There will be no viewing, but a book for signatures will be available on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from noon until 8:00 P.M. at the Fox Funeral Home.
