Family-Placed Death Notice

DAVIS, Martha Martha Ann Hipp Wilkening Davis, of Fayetteville, passed away April 4, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband and two brothers. She is survived by her husband Edward Davis; daughter Donna and husband Larry Whisenand of Conyers; son Craig Wilkening of Smyrna; granddaughter Leah Whisenand of Portland, OR; sister Frances Barnes of Tyrone; four stepchildren and their families; several nieces & nephews. A funeral service will be held Sunday, April 7 at 4:00 PM at the Overton Chapel at Fayetteville First Baptist Church. Reverend Glenn Stringham will officiate. The burial will follow at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at the church. Those desiring may make donations to Susan G.
