ROME - Marjorie C. Anderson, 74, of Oswego Road, formerly of Auburn, died Monday, May 17, 2004, at her residence after a long illness.
She was born Aug. 20, 1929, in Auburn, the daughter of George and Rhoda Bell Raymond. She was educated in Auburn schools. Marjorie married Clarence Anderson in Auburn. He died in 1969.
Marjorie is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law, Susan and Thomas Lanphere of Auburn, Donna and John Sloughter of Richford, Sarah Anderson of Rome, and Patty and Troy Carlson of Spokane, Wash.; eight sons and five daughters-in-law, Ronny Wilson of Auburn, Alan Wilson of Auburn, Eugene and Peggy Anderson of Auburn, Clarence and Chris Anderson of Ithaca, George and Elaine Anderson with whom she resided in Blossvale, Ralph and Michelle Anderson of Auburn, Mark Anderson of Richford, and Steven and Joan Anderson of Spokane, Wash.; a sister, Dorothy Bell of Auburn; a sister-in-law, Mary Anderson of Auburn; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a very special friend, James Dunn.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome, NY.
