Wayne,
So sorry to hear about your dad. I remember him fondly though it had been a long time since I'd seen him. Hope you are doing well. Blessings on you during this difficult time.

I did not have the pleasure of personally knowing Dr Daniel but my father, Wilmer Taylor of Millen,Ga(Sheriff 1952-1973)did. They grew up together in Millen and were friends. Many, many years ago I remember Dad telling me about Dr Daniels and showing me where he grew up. Dad was quite proud of his child hood friend and his many, many accomplishments. I feel that Dad,who passed away in 1989, would want me to tell the family that Dr Daniel was indeed a favorite son of Millen.

May God wrap his arms around you and ease your grief.

I loved talking to Pop, hearing his stories and listening to his advice. We didn't always agree, but I always respected his opinion. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather to my daughter and a true friend to me as a father-in-law for many, many years. I admired him, loved him, and will truly miss him. He was a good man and I know that he is now at rest embraced by God's love. My husband David and I send our heartfelt condolences, love, and prayers for peace and healing during this time.
