James Cannon Obituary

AUGUSTA, Ga. - James Ray Cannon entered into rest peacefully on April 16, 2016. He was a loving husband, supportive father, and dependable friend. He is survived by his wife: Tiffany (Hill) Cannon; sons: Tyrone Dupree, Jr., Eugene "Trae" Hill III, and James "Jodie" Cannon, Jr.; two sisters: Donna Hills and Janaya Hills; three brothers: Raino Hills, Kareem Cannon, and Hassan Adams; goddaughters: Quette Reed and Hayden and Hailee Hill; and a host of family, friends, and loved ones. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 22 from 12-8 p.m. at Miller's Funeral Home at 136 Kershaw St. SE in Aiken, SC. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 23 at 3:30 p.m. at Hazel Grove Baptist Church at 20 Hazel Grove Road in Beech Island, SC. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to his sons using their GoFundMe account at Click here to support Memorial for James "Ray Ray" Cannon by JaNae Hill.
