Charlene, Alexis, and Wendy
Every word I can think of to say seems so cliche and inadequate. The last time I saw Jody was when she and Alexis visited our home in North Carolina. Alexis was a little girl and ran her legs off running up and down the hill to the pond. Jody and I talked and shared our mutual joy of decorating and flowers. What an amazing and gracious young woman. I can only hope that the care and love of those around you can provide some semblance of comfort and peace needed to get through the difficult days ahead. Death can never take Jody away for in the hearts of the people her life touched and inspired her legacy remains and will continue, especially through her beautiful daughter.

My tears won't stop falling and they probably won't for awhile. Jody was a true friend! If she said she was your friend, she was. She called me about 2 months ago and we talked for hours and laughed so hard. I will miss her so much! Rest in Peace my beautiful friend. I love you!
