Katie Brown Obituary
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, November 5, 2017, in Old Union Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Johnny Rockefeller and Dr. Don Widener officiating.
Mrs. Brown was born in Columbia County to the late George M. and Nina L. Rainwater. She was the most loving and dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She has left behind a beautiful legacy of love and strength. Her faith in God could move mountains.
Survivors include her two sons, H. Warren Brown, Jr. and R. Greg Brown (Cindy); one daughter, Linda Lewis; one sister, Margaret Whitt; 6 Grandchildren, James Vaughn, Todd Vaughn (Diane), Kevin Brown (Patti), Darryl Brown (Alycia), Jennifer Rockefeller (Johnny) and Brian Brown (Lauren); and 14 Great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 to 8 PM, at the residence, 6051 Neil Brown Rd, Harlem, GA.
