Carmel Vance Obituary
of Cave Creek Arizona passed away on January 27, 2017. Beloved daughter of Bruno and Anna Chirumbolo passed peacefully from this life at the age of 98 after a gradual decline in health. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during her last days of her life. Carmel was born on October 1, 1918 in Canton Ohio, but relocated to Arizona in 1960. She enjoyed cooking, making jewelry and crafts of all sorts. Carmel is survived by her daughter Jackie; two brothers Julius (Stella) and Frank (Polly); one sister Betty Rice (Bill Morris); three grandchildren Brandi (Jim), Christine and DeAnn; three great grandchildren; Bryse, Emma and Adison; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents Bruno and Anna; husband Jack; son Dean; brothers Thomas, Paul, Anthony, Valentino and George; her sisters Marion, Angelina, Bernadine, Teresa, Katherine, Patricia and Virgina. Carmel captured the hearts of everyone she met with her big smile. She will be deeply missed. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 18, 2017 at 11:00am. Location: North Ridge Community Church 6363 E Dynamite Blvd. Cave Creek, AZ 85331. Followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley Friendship Village 2525 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282 and Foothills Caring Corps 7275 Easy St #103, Carefree, AZ 85337
