Phoenix - Dan Roth, 77, passed away October 2, 2019. Dan is survived by his wife Diane and extended family. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Saturday October 26, 2019 at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253.
