Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather, openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. May your memories give you strength. Again, our thoughts and prayers are there for you.

God looked around his garden
And found an empty space.
He looked down upon this earth
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God's garde is so beautiful . . .
He only takes the best.
