Wanda Valline Obituary
Wanda J. Valline passed away on November 2, 2011. She was born on December 6, 1945 to the late Wendell and Viola Strum in Story City, IA. Wanda is survived by her husband of 37 years, Michael; six children, Jeff (Heidi) Rasmusson, Ronda (Matthew) Millea, Renae (Keith) Heying, Paige Valline, Julie (Todd) Chyma, and Bryan (Rhonda) Valline. Also surviving are five brothers and sisters, Wendell "Bud" (Dolores) Strum, Glenda (Joe) Wise, Stanley (Kathy) Strum, Paul (Paula) Strum and Sue (John) Young; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A celebration of Wanda's life will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 1:00PM at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Road, Peoria. We will miss Wanda's beautiful smile and great sense of humor.

Its never easy to say good bye to someone you love. Even if we were only stepmom/stepson, you always treated me as one of your own. Having you in my life has made me a better person. Now God has called you home,yet adding another angel to his collection. And i want to thank you for being you. You will be missed dearly. Dad,Jeff, Ronda and Renae, I love you and miss you all. May the hands of the Lord and the prayers of friends and family help you through this difficult time. Bryan
