Thank you Bruce for introducing me to your Dad many years ago. He was a good man and an inspiration to me and I’m sure many others whose lives he touched. Was his name Noble or was it Jay? If you called him Noble you were likely his family but if you called him Jay you were likely his friend. I got to call him Jay and I will never forget my friend J Noble Binns.

Dear Bruce,

I'll always remember your dad with a smiling happy face. I'll never forget the day we were at your house for some family get-together. Pam & I just learned a few "easy play" piano tunes we were trying out on the piano. Pam mentioned that your dad used to play the piano...very well. We kept asking him if he could play a tune for us..and he kept saying no,no, he just couldn't play anymore...in a little while he walked over to the piano, sat down, and to our amazement, played a honky tonk tune that knocked our socks off!!

We're all going to miss his sense of humor & kindness.

Love,

Mom & Dad Gleim
