IN LOVING MEMORY
1987 - 2004
Sara was born April 2, 1987 in Bakersfield where she lived all of her life. She attended Beardsley School, Kingergarten through 7th grade, Fruitvale Jr. High School and was a student at Centennial High School.
Sara loved the Lord and accepted Jesus as a young child. She attended Valley Baptist Church since the age of 3. She attended AWANA and Sunday School. She also loved helping in Cubbies and 1st grade Sunday School. Sara was a flyer on the Senior Dolphin Dance & Cheer Team, where there has been a scholarship fund set up in her name.
Sara loved to travel and especially loved our family trip to Paris two years ago. She loved watching the Lakers play on TV. Sara was very gentle and had a special way with babies, children and pets. Some of her favorite things were the Dave Matthews Band, Taco Bell, trips to the beach and the color yellow. Although shy and quiet Sara had a wonderful sense of humor.
The picture of Saras life is small but beautifully painted and priceless. We will miss her until our reunion in Heaven.
Sara is survived by her parents Jay and Regina Ranson; her sister, Megan and brother, Joshua Crane; close cousin, Jamie Ransom; fiancé, Clay Farr; grandparents, Morris and Charle Bowen; grandma Lynn Powell; great-grandma, Hazel Hanline; uncles and aunts, Ken and Ronnie Hart, Clark and Janice Bowen, Steve and Heather Pierce, Gerard and Laura Terrazzas, Kevin and Shannon Ransom, Hub and Gail Bowen, Rick and Ruth Ransom; uncles, Troy and Lonnie Ransom; aunts, Sheila Garrett, Sheree Cieriovan, Samantha Weiser and Dana Tolliver; as well as numerous cousins and friends.
