Dear Mrs. Bernice and family,
We are still in shock. Mr. Art helped my family so much after my dad died. I know that heaven has another angel and my dad has his good golfing buddy. We will be praying for you and your family.

I did not know Art well but every single time I saw him he was smiling, cheerfull and upbeat. He treated me like an old friend. He will be missed.

Dear Bernice,
Please accept my sincere condolences. I was totally shocked to hear of Art's passing. He was a good and decent guy that I looked up to somewhat as a father. I always enjoyed the e-mails that we fairly regularly sent to each other. He will surely be missed. If there is anything I can do, please don't hesitate to ask.
Sincerely,
Tom Kiel
