Gertrude McGuire Obituary
On March 4 2016, Gertrude Buckey McGuire passed away at the age of 91 with grace and dignity. "Trudy" was preceded in death by her first husband James E. Buckey Sr. and then her second husband John T. McGuire. She is the beloved mother of James E. Buckey Jr. and mother-in-law of Mary Carmel Buckey, and the devoted grandmother of Nicole E. Buckey Cawley and her husband Clint Cawley, Rachael M. Buckey, Benjamin J. Buckey and Nathan F. Buckey. Trudy is also survived by her sister Cecelia Bertha. Trudy was loving sister of departed Matilda Novakowski and Andrew (Joe) Buraczynski. She is survived by many loved nieces and nephews. On Saturday, April 2 2016, a Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Chesapeake in Pasadena, Maryland. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her name.
