David O'Donnell Obituary

David F. O"Donnell

REHOBOTH BEACH - David F. O"Donnell of Rehoboth Beach died Sunday, March 11, 2007, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, following a short illness.

David was born in Newark, N.J.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Marie (Wied) O"Donnell; sisters, Kathryn and Rose; and brothers, Philip and Fred.

He is survived by his longtime partner and friend, Patrick Donnelly; nieces, Karen Ward, Peggy Kranzyshen, Carol Barton, and Claudette Courtney; nephews, David Price, and Claude Martineau; sister-in-law Gloria Morlock and children, Helen, John, Paul, Robert, Ricky and Donald; and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 8:30 p.m. today at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes. The Rev. Tom Starns will officiate. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary of Sussex County, PO Box 430, Nassau, DE 19969.
