Winston Thomas, 62, a resident of Beaumont, TX. for over 25, years and native of Ville Platte, LA. passed away May 22, 2008. He was born Oct. 20, 1945. A wake will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2008 from 8 am- 11 am at Owens-Thomas Funeral Home, 910 W. Hickory in Ville Platte, LA. with a funeral service to start at 11. Survivors include his sweetheart Ruby Austin and two sons all of Beaumont; daughters: Lou China Guillory of Lake Charles, LA., Carolyn Marie Arceneaux of Baytown, TX., Elizabeth Horde of Lafayette, LA., Monique Hill of Ville Platte, LA., and Kimberly Jacobs of Lake Charles, LA.; sons Kenneth Thomas and Peter Thomas of Ville Platte, LA., Timothy Thomas of Lake Charles, LA. and Starriol White of Opelousas, LA.; sisters Bertha Allison of Ville Platte and Lee Ester Fontenot of Lake Charles, LA.; brothers Walton Thomas of Beaumont; 24 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
