Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Frank and I grew up together along with my late husband Ray Smith and my brothers Bob Ross and my late brother John Ross. We all attended Canteen Grade School, Webster Jr. High and CHS. Frank was one of the good guys, always friendly and smiling. He will be fondly remembered by all of us "Canteen kids".
