Walt will be missed by many who loved him. Donnie and I were just talking about all the memories I have of Walt at GP. I worked with Walt for a few years in the old "screen room". I have very fond memories of a very kind man who taught me a lot about the mill. He always shared Jessies sandwiches with me with her "yummy" homemade bread. We couldn't help but be lulled to sleep by the running water on the screens during our "graveyard shifts" and my now husband Don was the shift foreman would come in and wake us up. But boy could Walt run that screen room like no other. I love the stories he told me of old days and I loved his laugh and smile and the way his eyes "glittered" when he laughed. He lived a long life but we'll miss his presence. Our condolences to the family. Laura and Don Murdzia

Don,
Carol, Marty, and I want to let you know how sorry we were to learn that you lost your dad last Sunday. It's been a tough year for you, Janet and all your family what with losing Jesse less than 3 months ago. Take comfort in the fact that you had really fine parents and had them with you for a lot of years and have a lifetime of great memories. Again our deepest sympathies.
