December 14, 1955 - January 11, 2023
Burlington, Washington - Bill Hicks, builder and musician, passed away on January 11. Bill was a much loved member of the community, having lived in Skagit and Whatcom counties his entire life. He is survived by his wife, Maria, son Aaron, daughter Bekah, step-son Kevyn and his wife Dianna and daughter Jazlynn, his grand-daughters Abby and Kali, and his siblings, Laurel, Bob, Barbara, Chuck and John, as well as numerous cousins and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlotte and Irby, his sister Lindy, and his son Peter. Please join the family in celebrating his life on Wednesday, January 25th at 1:00pm. Viewing will be open from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home in Mount Vernon.
