Winthrop is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, the former Margaret Buckley Bissaillon, whom he married April 13, 1973. He leaves behind Daughters Kellie Wyckoff Fuller, Patty Bissaillon Reid, Colleen Wyckoff Wemple and sons Mike Bissaillon & David Wyckoff, a sister Carole Wyckoff Campoli, 12 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
