ALLISTON LEY "SALLY" BAKER

BAKER, Alliston Ley "Sally" Our beloved aunt, Alliston "Sally" Ley Baker, passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 81. Her life was marked by a passionate devotion to family, faith, service, and baseball. She is survived by her nephews and niece, Chip Baker (Pamela Woods), Sean Baker Carter (Juliet Carter), and Betty Baker (Lisa Messina); and her grandnieces and grandnephews, Zoe, Syd, James, Tacy, Harper, Wyatt, and Frankie; in addition to many wonderful friends. Sally was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Louise Baker of Chestnut Hill; and her brother, Terry Baker. Sally attended The Winsor School, graduated from Connecticut College, and had a long and rewarding career at IBM. Sally cherished her family, and friends and created a life filled with love, laughter, and compassion. She was truly loved and will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She adored many furry companions and was adored by them. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Christ Church in Needham, Massachusetts, followed by a reception. All are welcome.
