Carol and her husband Tim were our next-door neighbors starting the day we moved Wellesley forty six years ago. They made us feel welcome from that day on. Carol was outgoing (to put it mildly), energetic (to put it mildly; we used to count the number of times in an hour that she would leave and return in her car), intelligent, caring, funny. Every year Carol used to rib my wife, who was younger by a few days, until her birthday when they again became "the same age." She loved her house and would be very sad to to learn that it is no more.
