My Auntie Carol would light up every room she walked into, she was a shining star and the most amazing woman on this earth. Her love for everyone and everything, her acceptance of whatever comes her way, her nonjudgmental attitude and her most incredible gift of humor was so inspirational to me as a child. I have recently decided to try to live more like her.... with an open mind, being who I want to be and not who everyone else wants me to be.... I am going to "GO BIG OR GO HOME", just she would do!!! I will live my life to the fullest.... and learn from her greatness! I'm even going to get some wigs in different lengths and styles.... Put on my best attire and the Red Door perfume, with my rouge and red lipstick.... I miss her so immensely. her laugh, her smile, her comfort, just everything about her!!!

There are no words that can even begin to say how I feel. Auntie Carol was always the life of the party, telling people her opinions in a way that just made you love her even more. Her laughter, smile, love and presence will be missed at every gathering but she has now joined the others in Heaven to watch over us with them. As we go through the rest of our own lives, her memories will never fade, and the memories we have of her will make us smile.
As I mourn the loss of a wonderful and beautiful woman in my life.. My heart aches for her husband, children, and siblings! Please find comfort in knowing that she is safe and has joined her parents and others to watch over you everyday. Uncle Paul, Lisa, Paula, Tom, Aunt Betty and Dad... I love you all and lets take this time to bring this family closer than ever before, because that what Auntie Carol always wanted! I love and miss you Auntie Carol, Thank you for making my true love feel welcome into our family from the very 1st day you met him!

Uncle Paul, Paula, Lisa, and Tom:
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and with our vivid memories of Carol. We loved having her and Paul here at the beach that time. In her honor, Greg and I shared "Carol" stories with Amelia and Lian. Just re-telling the stories made us laugh and smile as only Carol can. The next day, I went shopping on the way home from work - not as much "bling" as Carol, but a start. Carol would love Amelia's constant sense of fashion and Lian's humor and sly grin. When you are ready, come down to FL, enjoy the sunshine, share some stories, make some new ones. - Mary Beth + Greg

Just know I loved your mother... a legendary storyteller with a timeless hairdo, one of the strongest connections to stories about my mother and father on the Boston side (your Dad is no slouch), greatest of pals with my parents, a safe haven for wayward New England travelers, a bit disappointed that she's abandoned her pledge for a free dinner at the Oak Room... I'm selling my stock in Home Shopping Networks... I wish I was there to see Thomas rolling his eyes at this shameless hyperbole. We love you all and apologize that we can't be with you, but just with our prayers. Joe and Dannell Copeland
