Earl Ingram Obituary

MARION Earl Jr. Ingram, age 66, of Marion, died Dec. 5, 2007, at home. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Ivah Cemetery in Marion with Rev. Ron McCormick and Rev. Joe Gibson officiating and Rockco Funeral Home of Centreville directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

His father, Earl Ingram, his brother, Fuller Ingram, and his sister, Patsy Breland, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Margie F. Ingram of Marion; one daughter, Meryl Dean Ingram Cook (Phillip) of Centreville; three sons, Marty Ingram (Sheree) of Centreville, Shane Ingram of Greensboro, and Dustin Sharp of Marion; his mother, Lucille Ingram; eight sisters, Effie Lee King of Bessemer, Helen Creel of Marion, Evie Breland (Claude) of Marion, Barbara Averette (Lewis) of Marion, Earline Sims (Erby) of Greensboro, Irma Lagrone (Marlon) of Centreville, Peggy Averette (Less) of Greensboro, and Beatrice Wyatt (Allen) of Linden; one brother, Robert Earl Ingram (Sandra) of Greensboro; and eight grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Buddy George, Andy Joe Ingram, Thomas Averette, Donny Swindle, Bert Baxter, Johnny Ingram, Jessie Smith, and Jerry Averette.

Honorary pallbearers are DCH 4th Floor Dialysis, Emergi Stat, Cahaba Hospice, Dr. Robard and staff, Misty Baxter, Alabama Home Respiratory, and friends of the North Perry community.

we were sadden by the passing of earl, he was a friend of ours for years, he will always be remembered by my wife and myself, spent many hours with him at work and hanging out,, again so very sorry.
