ERNEST L. FELZANI

FELZANI, Ernest L. Ernest "Ernie" Louis Felzani, of Peabody, formerly of East Boston, passed away on July 19th, at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Lorraine (Iapicca). Devoted father of Matthew E. Felzani and his wife Marie of West Newbury and Adam Felzani and his wife Rose of Chelmsford. Dear brother of the late Elaine Lakey. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Abigail, Aiden, Lucas, Lena and Lilly. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends will honor Ernie's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 10 Chestnut St., PEABODY, on Tuesday, July 23rd, from 3:00PM to 6:00PM. A Funeral Mass in celebration of Ernie's life will be held on Wednesday, July 24th, at St. Adelaide's Church Lowell St., Peabody at 9:00AM. Services will conclude with Ernie being laid to rest at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Peabody. Ernie was a past member of the Knights of Columbus Council 508, serving as a Grand Knight from 2018-2020. He was also a member of the Assembly of the Knights of Columbus Assembly 390 in Lynn, MA. He was a past Director of the North Shore Computer Society, past President of the Mass Chapter of Investment Clubs, past member of the Salem Willows Yacht Club, past President of St. John's Prep Parents Club, and a longtime supporter of the Boy Scouts of America.
